Favorites:
- The magic system in this book is incredible. I love the magic education and mentorship structure and the levels of magic users. Also, the natural and learned abilities described are really interesting!
- The characters are well-developed with clear purpose.
- This book is great for a large audience. As a 30-something, I enjoy how well-written it is, and I know that many of my 6th grade students would find the characters relatable and the story interesting.
Least Favorites:
- There isn’t anything I’d change about this book!
